Law Enforcement Assistance Program (L.E.A.P.)

As part of your membership in the Broward County PBA, officers and deputies are provided free mental health counseling services through a program called L.E.A.P. (Law Enforcement Assistance Program).

John A. LaPointe, Ph.D. is a clinical and consulting psychologist and Director of L.E.A.P.

• Substance Abuse
• Stress/Distress
• Depression
• Child/Adolescent
• Post-Trauma
• Work-related Conflict

Dr. LaPointe has two locations to serve BCPBA members in good standing. Members should contact Dr. LaPointe directly for appointments.
